Film Kreka: Dreamcatcher follows the career of the famous production designer Miljen Kljaković – Kreka and reveals all the beauty and importance of film scenography. The production designer who gave an invaluable contribution to domestic and world film creation, with his story, along with previously unpublished materials from his personal archive and conversations with the most eminent authors of the seventh art, reveals elusive moments hidden behind the film camera. Kreka: Dreamcatcher is a dreamy journey through the magnificent world of film decors of a man who turns the illusion of a film into reality.

SLOBODAN IVETIĆ

He holds a degree in Directing and Camera from the French Film Academy IDHEC (La Fémis) in Paris, a degree in Directing from the Conservatory of French Cinema - Paris and Film Theory from Paris University - Sorbonne. He directed 11 short feature and documentary films, including: Stop The World, I Want To Get Off, Flowers Of The Concrete, Picassso’s Will, She And She, Houses Alfort, Visit To The Zoo and Modigliani. He worked as assistant director on about twenty film projects by European, American and Serbian directors. Some of the more notable films include: Boris Godounov (directed by Andrzej Zulawski), Bunker Palace Hotel (Enki Bilal), Twist Again In Moscow (Jean-Marie Poire), The Fortunate Pilgrim (Stuart Cooper), The Fall Of Italy (Lordan Zafranović), The Balkan Spy (Dušan Kovačević and Boža Nikolić), The Professional (Dušan Kovačević). In the period between 1990 and 2000 he worked in film distribution in Prague, where after the Velvet Revolution he founded the first private distribution company in what was then known as Czechoslovakia. He had several individual and group photography exhibitions, including one in the Georges Pompidou Center in Paris. He has been a member of the juries of many festivals, member of the Council and one of the founder of Author Film Festival in Belgrade.
